Although our cottages are designed to sleep more than two persons, all rates are based on double occupancy allowing you to build your own package.
- Extra person charges (18 and over) $15 per person, per night.
- Children 17 and under stay free!
Terms and General Information
Groups, Family Reunions - Due to the size of our facility and the proximity of the cottages to each other, we cannot accommodate large groups, parties, family reunions or weddings.
Entertaining Visitors - Our cottages are for the use and enjoyment of registered guests only. Out of consideration for our guests, our neighbors and our facilities, please refrain from entertaining groups of visitors while staying at Seaside Cottages. Thank you for abiding by our policy.
- All rentals are subject to a 15% tax (HST).
- Maximum four (4) adults per cottage.
- We do not double up on families in one cottage.
- Maximum two (2) vehicles per cottage.
- Check-in time is between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- We have a Quiet Time policy of 10:30pm – 7am.
- Daily laundry and maid service is not provided.
Reservations
- To request a reservation, please complete the reservation request form on the website.
- A credit card is required for all reservations and upon check-in.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- If more than one cottage is required by multiple parties, each party should make its own reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits on reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full.
- Deposits on reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at Seaside Cottages. Sorry, no exceptions.
No Smoking Policy
For the health and comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking within any building on the property. Smoking is permitted outside the cottages, but please do not litter the grounds with cigarette butts. There will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to your bill if you smoke inside your cottage.
