2025 Minimum Lengths of Stay
Off-Season Minimum Rental Length (October – May):
- All Beachfront Bunkies have a minimum two night rental, unless only 1 night is available between bookings.
- All cottages have a minimum three night rental, unless only 1 or 2 nights are available between bookings.
Peak-Season Minimum Rental Length (June – September):
- Beachfront Bunkies have a 3-night minimum, unless only 1 or 2 nights are available between bookings.
- Crescent Beach Cottages (#3 & 5): minimum three night rental, unless only 1 or 2 nights are available between bookings.
- Crescent Beach Cottages (#7, 9 & 11) and Buchanan Beach Cottages (#23, 25 & 27): minimum one week in June, July, August and September (Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun check-ins/outs, this will vary for stays longer than 7-nights). Unless only 2-6 nights are available between bookings.
2026 Minimum Length of Stay (PLEASE READ BELOW AS CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE FOR 2026)
Off-Season Minimum Rental Length (Jan 1 – June 19 & Sept 20 – Dec 31):
- All Beachfront Bunkies have a minimum two night rental, unless only 1 night is available between bookings.
- All cottages have a minimum three night rental, unless only 1 or 2 nights are available between bookings.
Peak-Season Minimum Rental Length (June 19 – Sept 20):
- Beachfront Bunkies have a 3-night minimum, unless only 1 or 2 nights are available between bookings.
- Crescent Beach Cottages (#3, #5, #7 & #9): minimum week rental, unless fewer nights are available between bookings. CHECK-INS ON SATURDAYS ONLY.
- Crescent Beach Cottage (#11) and Buchanan Beach Cottages (#23, 25 & 27): minimum week rental, unless fewer nights are available between bookings. CHECK-INS ON SUNDAYS ONLY.
Occupancy, Adults & Children
- Cottage rates displayed on calendar are based on double occupancy. Additional adults (18 and over) are $20 per person, per night. This is calculated on the booking engine when you enter the number of people.
- Cottage Occupancy MAXIMUM: family of 5 (children & adults) or 4 adults per cottage. Reservations with a 5th guest will require a rollaway bed to ensure all guests can sleep comfortably (mandatory $25/night).
- Beachfront Bunkie Occupancy MAXIMUM: 2 people. Only 1 queen bed.
- Children 17 and under stay free!
- We cannot guarantee specific cottage placement. We know you may have your favourite cottage and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
- All rentals are subject to HST.
