☀️Peak Season (last weekend in June to 2nd weekend in Sept)
Beachfront Bunkies
- 3-night minimum (shorter stays only when a gap between bookings allows)
Crescent & Buchanan Beach Cottages & Beach House
- Cottages #3, 5, 7 and 9 — 1 week minimum — Saturday check-ins only
- Cottages #11, 23, 25 and 27 — 1 week minimum — Sunday check-ins only
- The Beach House — 3-night minimum (in 2026)
- The Beach House — 1 week minimum (in 2027) — Friday check-ins only
🌸Between Peak and Off-Season
All accommodation units typically have a 3-night minimum. Beachfront bunkies have a 2-night minimum.
❄️Off-Season (Post Thanksgiving Weekend to Pre Victoria Day Weekend)
Our off-season is easy breezy — minimum stays can shift with occupancy and demand.
Most visits require at least 2 nights. But you may see an occasional 1-night stay when a small gap opens between bookings.
🛏️ Occupancy, Adults & Children
Rates shown on calendar are based on double occupancy.
Extra people are $20 per person, per night (automatically calculated on booking platform).
Children 17 & under stay free! (excluding Beach House)
- Two-Bedroom Cottage Maximums:
- Up to 5 guests total (adults + children)
- Or up to 4 adults
- A rollaway bed is required for a 5th guest → $20/night or $100/week
- 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds
- Beach House: Maximum 6 guests
- 2 queen beds & queen pull-out sofa
- Beachfront Bunkies: Maximum 2 guests
- 1 queen bed
We can’t guarantee a specific cottage, but we’ll always try our best to place you in your favourite and requested.
